The entrée portion of the menu showcased an array of comfort food - salmon, pork chops and New York steak. The only item you don’t see on most menus anymore was the Dungeness crab-stuffed rainbow trout. I ordered it, even though our friend warned me that I’d have a whole fish with eyeballs still intact on my plate. She ordered the pan-seared duck breast with a huckleberry-brandy glaze and wild rice.
