Fully satisfied, Paul put a fantastic dessert menu in front of us. We had so many choices, and it all looked wonderfully sinful. It included an apple tart, chocolate croissant bread pudding and a chocolate soufflé cake. We allowed Paul to choose for us, and he brought a plate with three profiteroles with toasted almonds, vanilla ice cream and a chocolate sauce. It was a perfect way to end the evening, but I’m determined to return to try the chocolate croissant bread pudding that’s been haunting me ever since that evening.
As a side note, Paul and Robyn have catered several of our events, both large and small, and the food was wonderful. They decorated the venues quite nicely and were professional and on time.
