only beginning to leave the world of recess and field trips to the pumpkin patch. Aside from making chocolate, most of the girls enjoy either playing soccer or horseback riding. But most of all, they enjoy spending time together.
The first step of the process is the most difficult; melting down pure dark chocolate to the perfect temperature. Too cold and it won't spread correctly, too hot and it won't set. After the chocolate is melted to perfection, the chocolate bar mold is placed underneath the Dripless Wonder. The Wonder prevents chocolate from dripping where it doesn't belong while being poured into the mold. The mold is then placed upon Mr. Wiggles. This is a wooden platform that sits on top of springs. The lucky executive operating Mr. Wiggles pounds on the platform causing the melted chocolate to wiggle its way to the edges of the mold. Next, the mold is placed underneath the Nut-O-Matic. This machine holds nuts and/or marshmallows directly over each still melted chocolate bar until the trap door is pulled, and the delicious additions drop into place. The next step has no fancy name it is simply called "poking." Two or more Yummy-Dummy executives take specially designed poking instruments and submerge the previously dropped nuts and/or marshmallows deep into the already hardening chocolate bar. Finally, the bars are placed into the cooler and are given time to set. Not counting
